Global PFAS regulatory upgrade
On March 26, 2026, the European Chemicals Agency ("ECHA") initiated a final consultation on proposed PFAS restrictions, inviting all industry stakeholders and members of the public to provide feedback on the draft opinions of the ECHA Scientific Socio Economic Analysis Committee to help develop the final opinion expected to be released by the end of 2026.
